General Conditions
Manaii World sells products through the internet to private individuals and companies/organizations. To shop from us, you must be 18 years of age.
Upon purchase, we will confirm your order with an order confirmation.
For physical products, it is sent when the order is received by us.If the delivery time changes, we will notify you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item has been shipped. We retain title and right of repossess to products until full payment has been received.
These conditions apply to all customers who place an order with Manaii.com. The buyer is obliged to take note of the conditions before purchase. When ordering, the buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Manaii World reserves the right to change our General Terms and Conditions.
Prices
We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to correct or cancel incorrect orders.

You can choose different payment methods on our website. Including:

Manaii World is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.
Digital products
By purchasing any of the digital products you agree that you do not have any right of withdrawal once you have received your order confirmation.
Open purchase and complaints for physical products
We comply with the law on distance contracts. You have 14 days right of withdrawal after receiving your item. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. We want you to send the label in as good condition as you can. If you discover a production fault, the product can be claimed against a valid receipt or proof of payment. You as a customer are responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in your package are fault-free within 7 days of receiving them. Products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. In the case of approved complaints, Manaii World is responsible for all additional costs.
When using the right of withdrawal, open purchase or complaint, we ask you to always contact our customer service before sending the item back to us, shop@manaii.com
Manaii world complies with the Consumer Goods Purchase Act in the event of complaints, see http://www.konsumentverket.se.
Remember that you are responsible for the shipping to us. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN:s recommendations.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
Shipping cost for physical products Delivery with Postnord in Sweden. Shipping varies depending on weight and number of products. Final shipping is shown at checkout.
Shipping takes 1-4 working days (Product is sent the day after your order has been placed).
For deliveries to other countries, we follow their shipping rules.
Unclaimed packages for physical products
We reserve the right to charge the costs for the events/handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages (shipping, return shipping and dispatch fee). Therefore, we charge a fee if a package is not collected. The shipment is with the postal agent for a limited time before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the product, you must first pick up the package and then return it as described above. If your package has been returned to us, you can contact our customer service for a new delivery.
